Fact or Fiction?
While the World Harvest For Kids event has been history for some time now the story still circulates. Just recently we received an email inquiry regarding a suspected email hoax which included the picture shown here. It was entertaining to read the response and controversy about the picture. In response to the incredible view in this picture one individual remarked on a news blog site, "haven't you ever heard of Photoshop?" I assure this picture was not fabricated... an the 8,000 or so people in attendance that day will give testimony to the same.
More than an incredible site
This event was more than spectacular, it was miraculous. What this picture doesn't show is the clouds literally parting around our field. You would think 8,000 was a good attendance figure but we have heard from many that they stayed home as the rain was falling literally around the field. Even the local radio station took the liberty to announce that the event would be cancelled because of the rain. But we know who controls the weather!
